Use as part of your bedtime routine for a minimum of four weeks to experience better sleep. Gently massage 5ml of the lotion into clean, dry skin over your body, with specific focus on areas such as neck, shoulders, and legs. Use up to 30 minutes before sleep. For optimal absorption, use after a bath or shower when skin is warm, and pores are open.
