Wet the mitt and squeeze out excess water. To exfoliate before tanning, use the black side in the shower. Apply moderate pressure and massage in vertical motions. Use the blue side to correct any self tan errors by rubbing skin gently until the unwanted tan disappears. After use, rinse the mitt well and allow it to dry completely.
