Paula's Choice Skin Perfecting 8% AHA Gel is a leave-on exfoliant with 8% Glycolic Acid to reveal beautifully radiant, healthy, younger-looking skin. Dead skin cells which cause dullness are banished, while skin tone is evened and texture is smoothed.

Paula's Choice Skin Perfecting 8% AHA Gel lessens the appearance of fine lines and brown spots, revealing smooth, healthy, even-toned skin. It's suitable for all skin types, but is especially effective on dry, sun-damaged skin as 8% Glycolic Acid gently but thoroughly exfoliates the surface of the skin, improving the effectiveness of your other skin care products. Sodium Hyaluronate (a form of Hyaluronic Acid) binds moisture to the skin for long-lasting hydration, while botanical extracts including Aloe Vera and Green Tea Leaf Extract soothe and protect skin.

how to use

After cleansing and toning, apply a small amount (the size of a small-medium sized coin) onto fingertips and smoothe a thin layer over the entire face, avoiding contact with the eyes.
This product may produce a slight tingling sensation, which is normal. If your skin is not used to Glycolic Acid, you might like to gradually build up usage, starting by applying every two or three days and gradually building up to using it every day if your skin needs it.

All skin types, but especially normal to dry skin.

I was pleased to find out that there's a retailer for Paula's Choice based here in Ireland. I use this glycolic gel about 3 times a week at night time, alternating with the salicylic gel. Will definitely order more in the future.
