Use Toothpaste for Sensitive Teeth twice daily, Foaming Mouthwash in between meals, and use the Serum for Sensitive Teeth to protect the nerve of sensitive teeth. Using a clean finger, apply the serum directly to the teeth or to sensitive areas on the tooth and rub in for approximately 1 minute. Do not rinse.
