Wear the foot mask socks on clean feet for 60-90 minutes, then remove and rinse feet thoroughly with warm water. Do not apply foot cream afterwards or for the next 7-10 days, as dead skin and calluses will start to peel away gradually during this time. To assist the peeling, soak feet daily and rub feet briskly with a wash cloth to remove dead skin.
